You reach out your hand, and the power of your right hand saves me. The Lord will work out his plans for my life-for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me. -Psalm 138
Are you tired of trying only to have it not work out? We all make plans for our lives and that’s okay. What makes it more difficult is when we make those plans and then invite God into it. Making plans requires God’s leading first and then we go with the plan. Knowing what he has in store for us and doing it will bring a much greater outcome and rewards. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of trying.
Society tells us that we should go for our dreams; to just do it. Scriptures tells us that when we commit our ways to him we will be successful in all we do. Will you commit your daily life to him? What about your big dreams and plans?
Prayer: Lord, I commit all my ways to you. Your promises have been tested and that’s why I love them so much. I find joy in your commands. I know that your plans for my life is bigger than anything I could ever dream of. My desires, my dreams, and plans I lay them down at your feet. Guide me and lead to me to places you want me to go. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
