I’ll never forget the trouble, the utter lostness, the taste of ashes, the poison I’ve swallowed.
I remember it all-oh, how well I remember-the feeling of hitting the bottom. But there’s one other thing I remember, and remembering, I keep a grip on hope:
God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, his merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness!
I’m sticking with God (I say it over and over). He’s all I’ve got left.
God proves to be good to the man who passionately waits, to the woman who diligently seeks. It’s a good thing to quietly hope, quietly hope for help from God. It’s a good thing when you’re young to stick it out through the hard times.
When life is heavy and hard to take, go off by yourself. Enter the silence. Bow in prayer. Don’t ask questions: Wait for hope to appear. Don’t run from trouble. Take it full-face. The “worst” is never the worst.
Why? Because the Master won’t ever walk out and fail to return. If he works severely, he also works tenderly. His stockpiles of loyal love are immense. He takes no pleasure in making life hard, in throwing roadblocks in the way.
Lamentations 3:31 (MSG)
When we hit rock bottom, there’s HOPE! When we wait on God he takes pleasure because we are waiting so patiently. He never walk out and He stockpiles His love, so it never runs out! —Reminds me of that song by Jesus Culture, “Your love never fails, never gives up, never run out of me!”
Isn’t it so true how when we’re in the middle of a “raging waters” we think it’s the worst? I love how scripture tells us “hey! the worst is never the worst!” So true!

I encourage and empower Christians through the love and grace of Christ.

Right here is the perfect blog for anybody who hopes to find out about this topic.
You understand a whole lot its almost tough to argue with you (not that I actually will need to…HaHa).
You certainly put a new spin on a subject that’s been written about for years. Wonderful stuff, just excellent!
Truly, the love of the Lord transcends all understanding… I love the Lord♥
Completely at a troubled time. Trying to find the hope that I have known all my life. Cannot give up on God but my heart hurts, my head hurts, my eyes hurt. where is the hope in that.
So grateful for the love from my god mother, she keeps me going from day to day. I honestly don’t know where I would be…
If I can make it thru the night….
Sometimes you think that you are the only one who’s in pain and lost all hope. It’s interesting to see that so many others have been there and back too. It seems like your troubles will last forever. I pray to God that this is not true. I hope for times when I am free of pain , happy and seeing the world before I die and go to sweet heaven to bee with the lord. Lord I know you have your plan for me, I hope it is somewhat the same. I give it all to you lord, I am tired and week, I need you now. Amen.
