How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth.

This chapter speaks heavily about the Word or law of God. The law is not meant to put us under legalism but to give us boundaries. With that said, it’s so important for each of us to be in the Word daily. Grab an app off your phone, some coffee and spend 5 minutes in the Word or even a verse will do. Getting into the Word revives us from the inside out. David said “your promises have been thoroughly tested and that is why I love them so much.” If we know the Word and recognize God’s promises through the Word, can you imagine how effective it is when we come against the enemy? How effective it is when we have crazy, insane, not of God thoughts?
Recognize and know the Word, use them for it is the belt of truth and shield of faith! I wouldn’t be where I am today had it not been digging into the Word and shredding it to pieces to research, study, and memorize it. Do you get into the Word often? Has it change your life?
