This week the topic is about Prayer. I get so many messages and comments about this topic and why God is not answering. I’m reading Dr. Charles Stanley book call, Handle With Prayer and wanted to share some things from the book that I know will help encourage you to have a more prayerful life. There is a wealth of information, I mean wisdom in this book! Read more »

Patience – Love Suffers Long

I was listening to a sermon by Pastor Bill Johnson from Redding, CA. and wanted to share a few things that I jotted down.

1Cor. 13:4 says, “Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up.” Read more »

Gentle Fearlessness

I grew up most of my teenage life with acne blanketing my skin. As most have experienced or can at least imagine, this was a dictator of my self esteem for quite a while. You see, we’re told that this sinful world imprisons, and freedom is only obtained through a give from God. What we’re is not always explained is the sly and silent motion of that imprisoning process. Because of the make-up and Victoria Secret commercials, beauty became a box that one fits into with only a clear, stunning face. Read more »

There are many things which I’m grateful for, one of them is my need to depend on God. If life were to be stable, there’s no need for Him. God doesn’t have to LOVE us much less NEED us. He chooses to LOVE us. How amazing is that? Read more »

Happy Easter

Thank you for being apart of this wonderful community and my oh my it’s flourishing!! I pray that everyone of you have a wonderful time with family and friends and remembering what Christ has done for you and in your life, but we should remember this daily and not just on Easter, right?

I’ve been a Christian for many, many years! It’s only through Him that I’m able to love the way I do and encourage the hurting, maybe it’s because I’ve been there? I stand with my heart abandoned and allow Him use me in any way He pleases. God surely didn’t take His time but took full advantage of that! There’s no greater joy and fulfillment than to be in the will of God, serving those that seek Him.

Thank you for this privilege to serve you! Once again, Happy Easter!

He poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and makes intercession for the transgressors. – Isaiah 53:12
